Hi guys. Yesterday the lights gone in my house and I lost my animation. I looked up for a solution to recover unsaved projects on Adobe Animate, but I couldn't find anything to do it. Please assist me guys. I tried force stop Animate to find out where auto recover files are save, but I couldn't find it. I looked at "C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate 2021\en_US\Configuration" but there is nothing about auto recovery except the text called "AutoRecoverFilenames.txt". But that text is total empty. There's nothing inside of it. I looked all the Temp files inside of my computer, and there still nothing about auto save. Can someone assist me please?

there's nothing you can do, if you failed to save and animate failed to save an autorecovery file, except start over and learn.

in the future, save your fla's frequently with increasing version number appended to the name.

and, just to make sure, PC is your username?

AutoRecoverFilenames.txt is in:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\<animate version>\en_US\Configuration

mac:

Users/<username>/Application Support/Adobe/<animate/flash version>/en_US/Configuration/

it's either listed in that file or it doesn't exist.  did you have autorecovery enabled in animate?
