3d motion tween, reverse keyframes

I have a simple( or it should be) reverse keyframes issue. I create a motion tween, alter it with the 3d tool to flip a coin 180 degrees. When I select, copy and paste the tween section. No problem. I select the copied tween section, right click to reverse keyframes.. it is not available.

Any clues to why it isn't available?

Because I believe you can only reverse frames with classic tween and not other tweens.

I've heard from my instructor that Animate CC 2020, latest version doesn't do this.
