Hi I've been experiencing a problem with 3D rotation tool, when I rotate the image it rotates even further than it is when I let go of the mouse

use the transform panel to control the precise rotation.

what rotation did you enter and what happened after entering it?
3D rotation and it's happening with X, Y and Z
i don't think you followed my suggestion. so again, enter your rotation in the transform panel:
