Adobe Animate 2019 crashes on startup

Every time i open animate, It crashes. I need help.

Are you using a Surface Pro? There are a number of threads about Surface Pros and it turns out they are not officially supported for use with Adobe Animate.

If you aren't using a Surface Pro, we will need some more information - e.g. your computer specs and what you have already tried.

I'm using an HP Intel laptop

My advice would be:

1. Check that your laptop meets the minimum requirements - https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/animate/system-requirements/earlier-versions.html
2. Check that Windows and all drivers are up to date
3. Try the troubleshooting advice on this thread.
