I use Animate 2019 on windows which has worked for me for a long time and I like how smooth it has been running but I wanted more space on my laptop so I factory reset. After completion I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud and procceded to try and download Animate (19.2.1). After various attempts of trying to open the program I ran into the issue of "Adobe Animate 2019 has stopped working". The results were consistant after reinstalling multiple trys and I'm stuck on how to open up animate. How can I fix this?

Hi mate,

 

Just a guess, but after a factory reset, most likely your OS is way out of date.

Do all the OS and driver updates and try again.
