Adobe Animate cc Exports don't show up?

Hello, 

I'm working on a projectt and I need to export it to an .mov or .mp4 file but no matter what setting I choose, it doesn't show up anywhere on my computer after. I'm not sure why it's not showing up after it says it completed exporting. Does anyone know how to fix this?

do you have adobe media encoder (ame) installed?

if not, that's needed to complete the conversion.

if yes, open ame.
