Okay so i use adobe animate, and i can make a new file and work on it, save it .ect
but whenever i try to open it again, it just crashes and i cant get any work done, someone please help
uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)

This was happening to me. You have to be signed into your Adobe CC account in Animate (help > sign in) AND simulatenously signed to the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Once I was signed in both places I was able to open files and the program did not crash. Hope this was helpful.
