Adobe Animate is lagging on a high end pc

When I use adobe animate it's so laggy on my new computer.

Does it lag all the time, or is it only when you are doing specific tasks within Animate (if so, which tasks)?  Are all your drivers up to date?

I assume as you've said it's a high end PC that it fully meets the recommended specs?

I have a very fast computer that has high end specs and I the recommended specs.

It's because it's Flash Player and software renderer it's laggy.
