Our studio has recently moved to a new production server (EVO from Studio Network Solutions) and we're experiencing an odd bug with Adobe Animate files. After saving a .fla file in Animate, the permissions for that file become partially locked down. Artists can still open and edit the file in Animated but they can no longer delete or rename the file in the Finder.
When attempting to rename the file from the SNS ShareBrowser app, it throws an error about not having permission to access the enclosing folder.
All workstations are MacOS 10.13.6 and both Animate 2018 and 2019 exhibit the same issue.
I found a post in the Character Animator community that sounds similar... https://community.adobe.com/t5/Character-Animator/libgit2-error-1-2-Failed-to-rename-lockfile/m-p/10...
Anyone know if this is an Animate issue or a server issue?
Have something to add?
