Adobe Animate wont work

whenever I open up the program it always suddenly shuts off when it opens up! I reinstalled it but it still does the same thing. what do I do?

Hi artsy

Uninstall Animate and when asked if you want to uninstall the preferences as well answer with YES. Then re-install Animate.
