Adobe animation : stop autoplay // play when in viewport // play entirely on rollover

Hi there !

 

i made an animation with Adobe Animate, which i exported to an OAM file and put inside an HTML page.

This animation isn't in loop mode, and i don't want it to be. 

 

I managed to activate a "play on rollover function" in the file /LOGO_anime-/Assets/LOGO_anime-.html by adding a « onmouseover="init()" in the body configuration section (that also work as a play on touch with touch screens). Sadly, if rolled over again when playing or touched again, it doesn't go to the end but start again from begining.

 

And i wish to add two things on that animation :

• Stopping the autoplay, but first frame or poster of the animation loaded (previous version of adobe animate had a checkobox in the document information that i haven't found in the last version).

• Play animation when scrolled over (= in viewport)

 

I read a lot of threads in this community and other webpages, i tried to follow them (even with inputting script direct into adobe animate, or to work on the canvas, or the animation function script, or the html page). And i failed each time. I'm not a professionnal developper, but i want to understand how it could work.

After restarting from the ground. I managed to activate a part of "the play on viewport" function.

 

When imported in the HTML the OAM files create a folder Asset with inside the animation in an html page.

In this page, inside the animation script, i added 2 functions :

Sadly :
- it work only one time. If you keep scrolling and come back it wont trigger the function again.
- it start at the top of the element.
- due to the final use i'll do with the animation, i'll have to ad an "if" to make it work only on small screens

If someone know how to improve it ?

 

I haven't managed to stop the autoplay to have the animation paused on the first key or the poster  onload.
