i'm getting this every time i want to open one of my saved works!!!
i already lost alot of my work.
is there anything i can do to get all of my work back?

that fla is corrupted. there may be ways to salvage it but before you start that you should make sure you don't have an animate problem.
to that end, are all your saved fla's are corrupted?
if yes, create a new fla and save to a new folder. restart your computer and open that fla. any problem?
if no, the one(s) showing that message are corrupted. you can
1. check for an auto-recovery file (if you have that option enabled in your preferences)*
2. rename to a rar, use winrar to repair it, rename the repaired rar to a fla and retry opening in animate.
if you have anything further to post and ask in this thread, make sure you carefully explain the extent of the problem. ie, whether you have an animate problem or an isolated fla problem.
