Animate CC do not run on slow CPU?

I've just install Animate CC on my window 10 but it does not run, It always kick out after a bit of loading.

I wonder if my low-end cpu was the problem because the same issue happened when I first installed Adobe Muse 2018 or 2017. Other computer with faster CPU runs OK with this install package.

My CPU is Apolo lake N3450 1.1GHZ.

Is there any solution for this? I want to run An on my slow computer.

did you use the cc desktop app from here to install your animate - https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud ?

if no, use the uninstaller to uninstall and then use the cc desktop app.

if yes, right click the animate exe in your programs directory and click 'run as administrator'.  if that fails, reset your preferences -

    (or remove Win:  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC <version>\ and

                                  C\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\<version>\

                        Mac:   /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/<Animate CC version>/ and

                                    /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Animate/<version>/)
