Animate crash when video preview.

Hello !

I'm here today because i can't work on animate and it's frustrating. 

I have a h264, 2Mo video, when i import it on animate, the soft is very slow, and then, i can work on it.

But when i hit preview, it's not responding anymore and crash...

I arleady tried : Uninstall - Try with another video - Cut my footage but nothing works. 

I'm on PC Windows 10 64bits. 

I'm really lost, can you help me ?

I must be doing something wrong with i don't know, the preset of my file idk.

I have 32 Go ram, RTX 2080, i7 proc i don't see the problem here..

Someone answered on Twitter : It's because the video has no sound. Weird but it seems to be resolved
