Hi there. I had to create an E-card assignment and apply different basic animated features to it such as motion tweens and shape tweens. The file will run in the animate software but when I tried to test it on the web it only showed the background stage and the other movements didn't appear.

I don't know if the file was corrupted when I applied the motion applications.

create a new folder

save your fla to that folder

publish (file>publish) your project using the default publish settings

everything in that new folder (except the fla) needs to be uploaded.

Hi. I also did that and the file still won't play. The problems seems to be with the Animate software itself. The fla will play the animation in the software's screen but it won't play the test on a browser. I don't know what the problem is.

Apparently I haven't encountered this problem with the tutorial files that are available with the Animate In A Book.

It's just with my own html canvas assignments.

Also the fla files from the tutorials don't have a question mark and a number when I test them out but my files all have this question mark and a number infront of the html tag. I don't know if that is also normal.

I don't if I did something wrong inside the animate program when I was creating the html5 canvas or during the process of drawing on the canvas.

The same thing is happening to two other drawings I did and both of them also won't play when I test them out through the Animate program.
