Animate Freezes when I click on Publish Settings

When I click on Publish Settings in Adobe Animate, The program freezes. Can anyone help me with this problem?

reset your preferences -

                                  C\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\<version>\

                                    /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Animate/<version>/)
