Animation will not work

I am trying to put my animation in dreamweaver but it seems as though each time i am trying to play the animation it will not play and is just showing a blank square. I have published it and everything but it will not load. If someone could help me please that would be amazing.

Make sure the animate file can find all the external files it needs to make the animation happen.
