Because when using text dynamic 2x each in a frame, in the second frame it gives the error that the dynamic text does not exist?

create a new layer

add a dynamic tf to frame one

assign an instance  name

add a keyframe to frame 2 of that layer 

reference the tf in frame 1

reference the tf in frame 2

any problems?
