Any help i just install right now adobe animate cc and i get this black screen

This is a normal thing. Just click 'file' and then 'new' and it will laet you create a document. This is normal I have it too.
Thi happens, to make a new project click on 'file' then 'new' then it will pop up with the project settings!
Mine wont even open, i report it and it just says they can't find solution, ive updated mac, ive uninstalled and installed again and still wont open
Try uninstalling it, then restart your Mac. Then try installing it again. If it doesn't work contact costumer support again, and if they can't help you ask for a refund.
