Bottom of Import Panel is Cut Off

I can't actually click the "Import" buttom because the panel is too big. How do I fix it?

right click an empty area of your desktop > click display settings > change your scale and layout settings to a lower percentage.

How do I change it to a lower percentage? it only let's me increase it to 125%

i assumed you have more than 100% already.  that window is the full-height of your computer screen?

if not, mouse over an upper or lower edge and extend the window.
