No. If it detects that you're trying to draw a logo, it will crash and format your hard drive.

 

Of course you can make a logo in Animate. You can make a logo in literally any program with freeform drawing. You can make a logo in Illustrator, Animate, Photoshop, CorelDraw, PowerPoint, MS Paint, whatever.

 

On the other hand, if you're planning on actually doing anything professional with a logo made in Animate, you've kind of kneecapped yourself, since printers have no clue what an FLA file is. You'd have to convert it to Illustrator or some other widely used format anyway.
