Can't export video

Hi there! I'm trying to export a video, but I can't. The Adobe Media Encoder opens, but there is no item in the queue. I use Widnows, and my document Width&Height is 3840x2160. I have also downloaded Quicktime Player, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. I suspect I cannot generate a .mov file.

I'm really lost. Can someone help me out, please?

I was saving my file with an apostrophe (') in the file name, so I couldn't export. A rookie mistake! Thanks everyone for your help!

Hi mate,

Here is a workaround that would always do the job. Just make sure you read the whole thread.

I've just solved this issue by saving files to a new location. The folder structure had a / in it - and that meant that it wouldn't send to Media Encoder for love nor money.

Saved to new folder name and all good now!
