Can’t open .mov files

Hi there,

All if a sudden whenever I save a .fla file into a .mov it doesn't open in QuickTime nor in Adobe Media Converter. I need to save it as an MP4. Not sure why all of a sudden it doesn't work. The MP4 file is 132mb which is small for what the file should be. What's going on?

You should export as a .mov and then take it through media encoder and export as a .mp4.

Thats what I do already. That's what's not working anymore. That's what I normally do but it no longer works.
