Can you update SWF files to something compatible with HTML5?

We have a series of SWF animations in some Captivate projects that we need to update to be HTML5 compatible.  These animations have buttons and switches the user would interact with.

If there isn't an easy way can someone recommend a few good tutorials for Animate to help me rebuild these animations?
