Change system chrome to transparent at runtime.

I have two Air apps I want to combine into one.  One is system chrome while the other is custom chrome (transparent).

I have the system chrome in Frame 1 and the custom chrome app in frame 2.

How can I change the system chrome to a transparent custom chrome at runtime?
