Charapter style INACTIVE

Hi guys! 
After updates Adobe Animate CC to 20.0.1 - 3 users in my team have the same trouble charapter style is not active. (screenshot at the attachment)

We try to login/out, delete and install previous version, even use Adobe CC cleaner - but nothing work =(

do you have any suggestions?
