You will have to provide more info than that for someone here to assist you. What format  have you created the animation in? How are you exporting it? How do you plan to make it play on your iPhone?

Did you miss the whole "iPhones will never support Flash" thing from like... ten years ago?

 

If you want your cookie thing to run on an iPhone, authoring in Animate, you need to do it as an HTML5 Canvas document.

I don't understand why you find that so hilarious, but in any case, you have to convert your document type to Canvas by going to File -> Convert, then you have rewrite all your ActionScript code into JavaScript using the CreateJS API.
