Creating self signed certificate in adobe animate cc version 19.0 build326

I am trying to create a new certificate in Adobe Animate CC 2019 but I get the following error "Creating self signed certificate failed"

I updated java to the last version and downloaded the last AIR version but the same problem is received

So what is missing?

update your animate to the latest version and retry.

if that fails,

uninstall your animate including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall animate and retry.

The latest/most current version of Adobe Animate is the April 2019 release (version19.2).
