CS6 Flash Pro requiring login?

My end user has installed CS6 Flash Pro (he is unable to use Animate for various reasons) however it requires him to login to activate it even though it is activated with a serial. When he uses his corporate login it states invalid. When he uses his personal email it allows him to use the app. Unfortunately all his other products are tied to his corporate email so he needs the CS6 key tied there as well. Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thanks!

i'd recommend leaving well-enough alone.  you/he are/is lucky it's activated and working.

but if you want to risk losing cs6 usage, you can change the email associated with his cs6 by logging into the cs6 account and changing the email.  https://accounts.adobe.com

p.s. if this does succeed and he fails to work there in perpetuity, he's taking another risk.
