.exe export runs asynchronous

Hey, i am new to adobe animate cc and currently working on a short animation clip. The end product shall be an .exe application. The problem is, when publishing the .exe for testing, the animation runs asynchronous to the animation, which makes it very problematic to work effectively.

Does anybody have similar experiences and can be helpful? This would be terrific!

Best regards!

Oh, i was typing too fast. Thanks for drawing attention and that fast answer!

I actually wanted to write "the animation runs asynchronous to the sound".

An example:

At second 14 of a song, a bird should fly into the scene. When playing this within Animate cc, everything works fine.

But when testing the animation.exe, the bird flies into the scene at second 12.

The animation seems to run faster when being published. So maybe there are some wrong settings when publishing .. ?

Best regards!

Hi mate,

Is your sound set to 'stream' on the timeline?

What are your export settings for audio?

Yeeeeah, the "stream-setting" has solved the sound-problem! Thanks a lot, buddy!

Now i also have another problem regarding the export of the stage:

The black frame is the stage within animate cc. But the red lines on both sides (created by me for orientation) define the final export-frame. This also makes it hard for me to work detailed.

Did anybody have had this before?

Hi mate,

Since you're new to Animate here are a few links and downloadable examples I have prepared that should help you better understand file setup for animation:

EDAPT Movie Template v.2 (free download) | electric dog :: flanimate power tools

Character rigging for Flash animation | electric dog :: flanimate power tools

Good luck!

Hey, thanks for your answer!

Finally, i suppose to have the solution. My stage now has a size of 2060x1080 pixels. My background has a height of 1100 pixels. The final export has 1920x1017. Very weird in fact.

The best would be a stage of 1920x1080 and an export of 1920x1080.

But thanks for your tip!
