Exporting my animation ruins it

I've made an animation using adobe animate but no matter what file I try to export it as, the quality is really bad and the colours are whack. What do I do? I've seen a couple of posts saying to export as a mp4 but it isn't on my options list. I'm planning on uploading my animation to YouTube and I also need it as a part of my coursework. I've also tried screenrecording the swf file but it doesn't record properly either. What do I do? Please help.

Export as a .mov, then take it through Media Encoder to make .mp4.
