Fast 75 fps fla-file turns into slow-mo when exported as gif file

I can't figure this out. No matter how I minimize the size, colors, and other file shrinking attempts, when I export my fla file to a gif, the gif is in slow mo. I feel like I changed a setting without realizing because yesterday when I exported the fast fla file, the gif was fast too. I made changes to the fla file for the better, so I want this version to be fast too.
