Fill bucket pattern error?

Hi all, I've been working with the same size documents (1920x1080) and files for a while now, and part of this character's design requires the use of the fill bucket tool with an imported PNG I made in Photoshop (the green spotted portion).

However today, when I try to use this same fill pattern, it looks like this.

The pattern file itself is 1920x1080, the same size as the Animate document. None of the sizes of the files have changed. Why does it look like the pattern is scaled way down and tiled?

My bad, please disregaurd this. It turns out I had Lock Fill selected.
