got a problem with flash cs! Help me!

hi im using CS4,CS5,CS8 for a animating and drawing. and i got a problem with something.

why does other peoples got this tool but i don't have it?

what's wrong with this? does tools needs to buy? and yes im using free trial, please help me...

i assume you mean you have flash cs6.

that looks like a tablet setting so you would need a drawing tablet that's supported by flash cs6 before you would see that icon.
