This is just a bunch of wobbly ellipses with 3 keys timed with an offset.
To achieve this, animate one cycle, duplicate the layer as many times as you like and adjust position and scale to make the overall combined shape look like a sphere.
Then start each of the symbols with one or two frames delay.
Thanks for your response so for the wobbly effect i want to use it on this image. do you think it can work for this
the banner is 300 by 250
been looking on line how to create the wobbly effect frame by frame
Well... if you have never animated you will need to learn the basics, I'm afraid.
It's very simple but you need to understand timing, offset timing and how to use Animate.
I assume you want to have the letters do a wave wobble.
Each has to be on its own layer.
As I said in my first post. You need 3 keys. 1st and 3rd are the same. Second is scaled up.
Animation of all letters is done in sync at first and then offset by a frame to create the effect of a rhythmic flow.
At some point the duplicate frame has to be removed.
The cycles have to warp and loop endlessly.
Hope this helps
I want the whole banner to do the wooble
You should look elsewhere. Animate is not your tool for that.
(You can do masking and layering in Animate, but that will not produce optimal results.)
