How do I get rid of these white dots?

Sorry, I'm new to this program. I'm working on a handrawn animation and some slides have brushstrokes with this texture even though they're supposed to be a solid color. Im guessing it has something to do with the fact that the stroke color is empty?? For some reason I can't change it (I tried changing the stroke fill to solid color and it did nothing). When I export the movie it's totally fine, but when I play it in Animate, some of the frames still have this texture.

Not the end of the world, but does anyone know what's going on?

Hi mate,

This is just showing you that the shape is selected. Either click outside to deselect, or convert it to a drawing object or choose Hide Edges from the View menu. (I have assigned an easy shortcut to this so that I can hide them without going into the menu.)
