How do I make my HTML5 project work with mobile?

My HTML5 project contain video component , sound component and bitmap buttons.

It work with PC but when open the page in iphone and ipad it said "content doesn't support the device".

Remove content from your project until you figure out exactly what's causing the error.

Can publish setting cause the error?
Is HTML5 with "click to go to next frame and play" normally work with touch screen or I need another script?
