Dear All,

I belong to a Govt institute which has used Flash in a big way and created e-lectures for undergraduate students. These e-lectures are packaged in Flash. Each packaged lecture has ingredients like videos, multiple choice quiz, downloadable contents apart from normal text. This is a menu driven package.

As various browsers have stopped Flash support, student community is at loss. Someone please guide how do we convert these e-lectures so that students can continue to have access  to these e-lectures.

Hi.

It's possible to convert but unfortunately there's no way to automate the whole process.

You can use the document conversion feature to handle the graphical/structural part:
Using document type converter in Animate CC

But there's no automatic solution for the code. You're gonna have to rewrite it from the ground up.

Here you can see some differences between AS3 and JavaScript:
Convert your ActionScript code to HTML5

Regards,

JC
