I'm still new with Animate CC and am making a test animation with the program to get used to it. I have three layers that are semi transparent, and whenever I try to export the video the layers always export filled. Is anyone else having the same issue, or did anyone solve this issue? Thanks!

The layers property where you can set the layer to be somewhat transparent is just an author time tool, so that you can see the underneath layer more easily. It doesn't end up in the published file.
If you want some things to be transparent you should put them into a movieclip, and then set the movieclip color effect alpha value to the same as you had used in the layer properties.

Hey, Colin. Did exactly as instructed by placing my object into a movie file, duplicating the frame down the timeline a bit, then adjusting the first frame's color effect alpha value to 0 to make it fade in. This works perfectly prior to rendering, but still doesn't work at all when exported. Any thoughts?

Oh, nevermind. Apparently it won't work if it's a classic tween. It has to be a motion tween instead. Not sure why, but it suddenly works.
