i cant maximize the size of vcam in swf movie it is cropped

hello please help me i am doing this game for my school project . but my problem is the background does not fit in entire screen of swf file. im using actionscript 2.0 flash cs6 please help me . that background is installed inaide if vcam . thankyou so much!
