I've animated this infographic. I have downloaded it from Shutterstock and animated it in AdobeAnimate. On my computer it works fine. But when I upload it on my website it does not even appear.

The error that I get in the browser developer tool is:

  • SCRIPT5007: SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'getContext' of undefined or null reference
  • createjs-2015.11.26.min.js (12,17880)

I'm 100% sure that the infographics is embeded on my webiste correctly. Namely, I have embeded another infographics, the one made in this tutorial, in exactly the same way and it works perfectly.

What could be the problem? Why does not my infographics show up?

I know what was the problem. The problem was my total unawareness that I should first publish a file and then upload everything:

  • html fiile
  • js file
  • and images

to my website.

I only uploaded html and js file without images and it naturally didn't work 🙂

Hello again,

I've now made a super simple infographics.

All I did is I've opened Animate, I've drawn one circle, have converted it to symbol and have put a motion tween so that it moves to the right.

Than I have Published it in the same way as it is explained in the last video of this tutorial.

And it does not work when I upload it to http://www.ortodroma.si/circle.html. It also does not work on my friend's computer (to whom I give html and js file). But of course it works on my computer.

Any idea what could be wrong. It must be something very basic.
