I only want Onion Skin applied to the Selected Layer

I'm animating a walk cycle and I only want to see the Onion Skin for the layer I've selected so that my canvas doesn't end up super cluttered.
The only way I've seen this be possible is if I completely turn off visibility for the other layers, but I'd like to use them as visual reference so that wont do.

Using the picture I've attached for reference, let's say I only want to see the Onion Skin for the folder named 'Red'; How would I achieve that?

Have you tried to lock the unwanted layers?

I hadn't, and while it's not the best case scenario it does work, thanks!
Is there any sort of 'solo' option, if that makes sense? Where it only shows the selected layer without having to mess around with the way other layers behave?4

Alt-click on the padlock for your 'solo' layer, This will lock everything else.

Hope this helps!

Oh wow that's handy, and you can switch between the solo one by Alt + Clicking on others. It'd still be ideal if it didn't 'forget' which ones I had locked prior but I can work with this, thanks 😄
