I use flash compiled swf and automatically generated html in order to use camera for signlanguage

The pop-up error message when open camera on WIN 10

In the past works well, but these days when I click the 'open cam' symbol( which name is 'record_btn')

the error message pop up and click the confirm then the flash application collapse What is required to escape this situation?
