Import code in to Adobe Animate HTML5 canvas document?

I'm coding in an Adobe Animate HTML5 canvas document. I used to program ActionScript 3. I see in this type of document the Class field in the property inspector is greyed out, so can't have a base class. Is there any other way to import code? Like in a keyframe?
