Importing Animate into After Effects with Folders

I want to know how to import my animate files into after effects with their containing folders. Currently they import as individual layers.

The way Ae currently sees those layers is not really dynamically linked.   Animate (An) renders out the SWF files from the individual layers, then Ae brings those rendered elements into a project.

Folders would be nice. 

For now, I think the only option is to precompose your layers yourself once you're in Ae (name 'em).
