I am trying to run some instructional material on getting started with actionscript.  The online manual is directing me to this link

https://help.adobe.com/en_US/as3/learn/index.html

I am not able to play anything.  My browsers say there is a security problem with mixed content on the site.

Also the online manual directs me to this site

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/tutorials-explore.html?id=vid0130

But on this site I cannot find any videos on the topic of getting started with actionscript 3.0.

This is very frustrating.

I did try 3 browsers.  I need the getting started section, though, as I've never done this before.  I tried putting an instruction into the animate window and it gave me an error message.
