Layer clipping and bleeding from previous layers in Animate

Hi, I'm having issues with my animations layers bleeding into each other. When using the animate section in photoshop I have no issues, but when bringing it over to Animate, the farther into my animation the more the previous layers clip and bleed together. The only way I was able to figure this out was to save the individual frames and import them to the stage. I do not want to have to do that for a 400+ frame animation.
