Layer Exporter extension not showing up in menu

I just purchased installed the Layer Exporter extension:

. . . which seems ideal as I have to deal with Animate's unwieldy exporting options to break apart a .fla file to take into AE. However, even though the desktop app gives me a successfully acquired message, and the extension manager shows it as successfully installed, it doesn't show up in Window-->Extensions, only Color Themes does. I've not found it appearing in any other menus, either. I have, of course, restarted Animate and my computer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled through the My Exchange page, and done the manual download/install via the extension manager, all to no avail.

Am I doing something wrong, or does this extension just not work? This is the first extension I've ever bought--should I just avoid extensions that don't have reviews yet?

I'm running Windows 10. Everything is up-to-date.
