Hello,

I have found similar questions to this type of problem, but none of the answers work for me when I publish from Animate.

I have an Animation that I would like to end with a mailto type button. None of the button script I use works. (I have tried it on a Server as well). I have a number of other buttons in the animation that work, so I believe the instance and code are positioned correctly.

Would someone please help me with the javascript I need to use.

My script now is:

this.CallTel.addEventListener("pressup", fl_CallTel.bind(this));

function fl_CallTel()

{

    this.window.location = "mailto:tomh@herethere.com";

}

I have also tried window.open, some html versions, prayer, etc.

Thanks

Hi.

Don't use this.window because window is a global reference. It should be:

window.location = "mailto:tomh@herethere.com";

Regards,

JC
