Is there an ADOBE application that can "string" a seires of still photographs into a vidoe?  I am building a house and I want to phtograph it once every day,  then "string" the photos into a motion vidoe that shows the house being built.  The vidoe will have approximately 400 frames.

animate would work for that.

premiere pro would work

after effects would work

photoshop woud work

i'm biased towards animate and would use it because you can publish/export a wide variety of file types and could add user interaction and other items to your photos.

Thank you so much for replying to my question stringing still photos into a motion video,  I have Photoshop.  Can you tell me where in the software the capability to string photos into a motion video is found?

Thanks,
